Job Title: Head of Global Talent Acquisition

Position: Tygervalley, Cape Town

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE COMPANY

Our client is a global provider of medical staffing to the public and private sectors internationally. The role of Global TA Manager is crucial in ensuring the company's workforce is skilled, diverse, and aligned with organizational goals. The Head of Global Talent Acquisition is responsible for establishing and maintaining appropriate processes and reporting regarding TA performance (KPIs, metrics, req status updates) and process adherence (data quality, ATS workflow, compliance). It is essential that you are a strong communicator with an excellent ability to build good and trusting working relationships.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Strategic Recruitment
    • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives, utilizing all relevant technology in all regions to ensure a best-in-class candidate experience with the company.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership and relay to the TA team future workforce needs and hiring plan creation aligned to future growth.
    • Work in conjunction with Marketing to create and maintain the company's EVP, ensuring a constant external presence, attracting top talent globally, and positioning the company as a healthcare employer of choice.
  • Process Management
    • Establish and maintain team KPIs and ensure metrics are reportable across the candidate lifecycle.
    • Ensure hiring goals are realistic and monitor progress against these goals.
    • Drive operationally excellent, predictable, and repeatable processes using metrics to achieve hiring outcomes.
    • Ensure monthly commissions are correct and submitted timely for payment to the ITA team.
    • Drive efficiencies in reporting from ATS into HRIS and provide accurate reporting to Senior Leadership on vacancies and fill rates.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Build strong relationships with internal HR, business leaders, and other departments to showcase the strategic impact of TA.
    • Consult with business leaders and HR to ensure internal mobility processes are clear and adhered to.
    • Support the ITA team in advising clients on TA and mobility strategies for all positions and ensure creative hiring strategies for hard-to-fill roles.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Proven experience in ITA.
  • Experience managing a TA team.
  • Experience implementing an ATS system is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of global market trends in recruitment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
