Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric
- Advantage: Master's degree
- Completed bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 8-10 years of experience in operational finance / shared services, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in managing shared services functions

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage departmental leaders
- Ensure efficient delivery of transactional finance services
- Maintain oversight of operations including fixed asset register, additions, disposals, and depreciation
- Design and implement process improvements
- Optimize resource utilization
- Drive compliance with operational costs
- Oversee financial transaction processing: accounts payable, receivable, billing, collections, fixed asset transactions
- Support cash flow reporting with accurate transaction data
- Develop and implement collection strategies to minimize bad debts
- Manage debtor aging and relationships with external collection agencies
- Handle complex collection cases
- Oversee procurement: vendor selection, PO processing, contract negotiation
- Manage accounts payable processes
- Implement procurement policies to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance
- Manage supplier and vendor relationships
- Ensure accurate and timely billing for tracking device sales and services
- Manage contracts and analyze billing data for trends
- Maintain operational controls and manage operational risks
