  • Lead annual planning, forecasting, and performance management processes aligned to financial and operational KPIs.

Capital, Treasury & Investor Relations

  • Manage corporate finance activities including debt structuring, equity financing, asset leasing, and capital drawdowns.

  • Engage with financial institutions, insurance providers, auditors, and legal advisors to maintain strong commercial partnerships.

  • Lead financial reporting and performance updates for investors, lenders, and other key stakeholders.

  • Assess funding requirements and ensure ongoing liquidity and financial health of the business.

Governance & Risk Management

  • Design and implement financial governance frameworks to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

  • Oversee enterprise-wide financial risk management, tax compliance, and internal audit functions.

  • Maintain awareness of emerging financial innovations, tax reforms, and compliance obligations.

Operational & Commercial Finance

  • Support commercial initiatives including pricing strategy, cost control, margin analysis, and investment modelling.

  • Partner with business development teams to evaluate new revenue opportunities and market expansion plans.

  • Provide financial insight and modelling support for infrastructure projects and commodity trading operations.

Desired Experience & Qualification
  • Chartered Accountant (CA SA) or equivalent; additional certifications (e.g., CFA) advantageous

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce

  • At least 15 years’ relevant experience, including 5+ years in executive or senior finance roles
