Salary: R45 000 pm CTC

A well-established company operating in the steel manufacturing sector is looking for an experienced Head of Finance & Accounts to take full responsibility for the financial function of the group. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with strong financial acumen and proven experience in managing banking relationships, financial planning, and reporting within a complex business environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Postgraduate qualification in Finance, CA Qualification highly beneficial
• 10+ years of experience in a senior financial role from a manufacturing background; metal industry experience advantageous
• Forex exposure and understanding of international banking requirements
• Experience preparing feasibility studies and business plans
• Proficiency in preparing financial documents for both local and international banking institutions
• Strong working knowledge of financial reporting, planning, and working capital management

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial matters for the group
• Lead the preparation and presentation of financial reports
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations
