Job Title: Head of Finance

An opportunity is available for a Head of Finance to lead financial strategy and operations across multiple countries in Southern Africa. Based in Johannesburg, this role reports directly to Europe and plays a key role in driving financial performance.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in financial management at a senior level overseeing multiple operations
• Strong background in a manufacturing environment
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Experience with financial ERP systems and high-budget businesses
• Willingness to travel

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive financial planning, analysis, and strategic initiatives

• Manage capex investments and financing models
