Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for enterprise software distribution.
2. Build and strengthen relationships with key software vendors and channel partners.
3. Identify and seize new market opportunities in the enterprise software space.
4. Lead and inspire a team of sales, pre-sales, and marketing professionals.
5. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics.
6. Ensure compliance with software licensing and distribution agreements.
7. Collaborate across business units to create comprehensive IT solutions.
8. Oversee financial performance, including P&L responsibility.

What We're Looking For:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (MBA a plus).
2. 8+ years in IT distribution or enterprise software, with 5+ years in senior management.
3. Deep understanding of enterprise software solutions and the South African market.
4. Proven ability to scale and grow IT distribution businesses.
5. Strong leadership and cross-functional team management skills.
6. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
