Head of Enterprise Architecture
Responsible for the entire organization's enterprise strategy framework implementation, analysis, design, and integration of its complete information resources, including infrastructure, applications, and data. An enterprise architecture (EA) is a conceptual blueprint that defines the structure and operation of organizations.
JOB PURPOSE
To lead the development and implementation of the enterprise architecture, aligning IT strategy with business goals, and ensuring effective integration of information resources across the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Enterprise Application Portfolio
- Design infrastructure frameworks to enable competitive advantage.
- Ensure application portfolio evolves appropriately with organizational changes.
- Provide reusable standards, guidelines, and frameworks for application development.
- Optimize application architecture with subject matter experts.
- Design application interfaces and services for maximum reuse.
- Enterprise Architect Support
- Standardize development choices and frameworks.
- Identify potential reuse opportunities across the organization.

- Review and maintain the organization's IT architecture.

- Create transition roadmaps from current to future state architectures.
- Develop business architecture roadmaps with stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. TOGAF certification preferred.
Experience: Minimum 8+ years as an Enterprise Architect and 10+ years in Solution Architecture roles. Knowledge of IT governance frameworks like COBIT, ITIL, TOGAF, SDLC, ASAP, SOA. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Atlassian and Jira knowledge advantageous.
