Join HyperionDev as the Head of Employer Partnerships & Learnerships in Cape Town. This role involves leading our employer-facing strategy across EMEA, building and scaling partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

The Role

As a senior leader, you will:

  1. Define and execute strategies for employer engagement and learnership development.
  2. Lead a team of Business Development Managers to achieve over R20 million in annual revenue.
  3. Build strategic partnerships with companies to promote tech training and employment opportunities.
Requirements

Minimum:

  • At least 2 years of experience in learnership partnerships or training in South Africa.
  • Proven leadership in business development, managing teams and partnerships at a scale of over R20 million annually.
  • Deep understanding of the employer training, BEE ecosystem, and HR practices in South Africa.

Preferred:

  • Experience with government impact projects and funding models.
  • Additional years of relevant experience in tech education or employer partnerships.
