Job Description Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head of Workshop Department to lead and manage departments within our jewellery manufacturing workshop.
This pivotal role requires a strong background in manufacturing, coupled with significant management experience.
The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency, maintaining high standards of craftsmanship, and leading a dedicated team to achieve excellence.
Key Responsibilities : Leadership & Management : Oversee and lead the workshop team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Provide mentorship, training, and performance evaluations to ensure team members meet their full potential.
Manufacturing Operations : Manage all aspects of the manufacturing process, from raw material sourcing to finished product.
