What You'll Do :

• Lead a high-performing team of analysts, driving actionable insights from complex data sets.
• Develop and execute data strategies to enhance decision-making processes across the business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative analytics solutions and improve business performance.
• Oversee the development of advanced analytics models, including predictive analytics, machine learning, and statistical analysis.
• Manage the analytics infrastructure, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.

What We're Looking For :

• Bachelor's degree in Sciences or Engineering with a strong focus on computer science, statistics, mathematics, and/or actuarial sciences.
• Experience in the financial services industry with experience in data warehousing, data sciences, and/or modeling environment.
• Good understanding of software languages and software infrastructure.
• Programming languages: C#, .NET, C, C++, Visual Basic.
