Why We Need You

As Head of Compliance, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our operations meet the highest standards of regulatory and legal compliance. You’ll work across jurisdictions, engage with global stakeholders, and help shape the compliance culture of a growing, international business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies and internal compliance matters
• Develop and implement robust compliance frameworks, systems, and documentation
• Guide business units in aligning policies and procedures with regulatory requirements
• Lead compliance audits and report findings to senior leadership
• Design and execute risk management strategies to ensure regulatory alignment
• Identify and implement innovative compliance solutions across the business

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Compliance, or a related field
• 6–10 years of post-qualification experience in financial services or a regulated industry
• 5–8 years in a leadership or management role
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management

Nice to Have

• ACAMS certification or equivalent compliance qualification
• Experience with regulatory license applications
