Job description

You will lead and mentor a growing team, develop strategic relationships with key clients, and drive revenue growth across diverse sectors including DFIs, climate-focused corporations, and NGOs.

Other responsibilities include:

1. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the climate space.
2. Overseeing the business development team by setting goals and fostering a collaborative culture.
3. Managing CRM systems and reporting on sales performance and client engagement.
4. Representing the organization at industry events.

The successful individual must possess:

1. 5-10 years of experience in heading up/managing a business unit.
2. 8-10 years of experience in sales and business development.
3. Experience in climate, clean energy, or development sectors, particularly across Africa is extremely advantageous.
