Is this you?
You're commercially sharp, naturally persuasive, and passionate about scaling clean energy solutions. You've led high-performing teams before, but you're also the type to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into big deals yourself. You're driven by impact and results, and you've got a solid track record of winning work in the C&I solar space.

What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it)
You'll head up national business development - overseeing strategy, team performance, and your own pipeline of PPA and Rent to Own solar and BESS deals. You'll directly manage a talented team of regional developers, coach them to success, and align efforts across the country. This is a senior leadership role where you'll shape processes, drive partnerships, identify new market opportunities, and be key to the company's continued growth in South Africa.

Where you'll be doing it
You'll be joining a growing, purpose-led energy business making clean power accessible through zero-capex models. With Dutch roots and a strong South African footprint, they've helped countless local businesses cut energy costs and carbon footprints. It's a high-trust, high-performance environment with a strong team culture and a clear mission.

What you'll need
At least 5-7 years in B2B sales, with 3+ years leading teams. You've worked in the C&I solar space and have experience structuring and closing PPA or Rent to Own deals. You're financially literate, technically conversant, and comfortable working across leadership, sales, and partner channels. A degree in business or engineering is a bonus. You'll need your own vehicle, a valid licence, and flexibility to travel nationally.
