About The Role
Are you a brand builder and storyteller ready to shape the identity of two bold, mission-driven brands? We're looking for a
Head of Brand and Product Marketing to take the lead on brand strategy, product positioning, and campaign execution across
Longdue, our narrative-first indie game studio, and
HyperionDev, one of the world's top coding bootcamp providers.
At
Longdue, you'll play a critical role in bringing our ambitious RPG project to life — building our brand from the ground up, crafting go-to-market campaigns, and connecting our story-driven games with a passionate audience. At
HyperionDev, you'll help evolve the brand of a leading edtech platform trusted by global universities and learners worldwide.
You'll lead cross-functional teams of designers, content creators, and marketers to build cohesive, powerful brand narratives that resonate deeply — whether that's shaping a world-class RPG launch or positioning tech education products for a global market. This is a rare opportunity to flex your creative and strategic muscles across two very different but equally meaningful missions.
Responsibilities
Brand Strategy
- Build and refine the architecture of the Longdue Games brand and HyperionDev brand, defining brand vision, equity, messaging, and value propositions for different audiences
- Develop clear, compelling narratives that differentiate our products and engage communities — from learners to gamers
Product Marketing
- Lead product positioning and messaging development for new launches — both educational bootcamps and game projects
- Ensure a deep understanding of customer/audience insights to drive go-to-market strategies and sustained engagement
Campaign Management
- Conceptualise and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for product launches, events, and brand awareness across social media, CRM, paid media, and PR
- Oversee campaigns supporting both HyperionDev's bootcamps and Longdue's upcoming RPG IP
Creative Direction
- Oversee the creative process for brand assets, websites, video content, and marketing collateral — ensuring consistency, impact, and alignment across all touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with in-house designers, writers, and external agencies to deliver bold, cohesive campaigns
Market Research & Insights
- Lead audience and market research initiatives to ensure data-driven branding and positioning strategies
- Stay ahead of industry trends in education and games to keep our brands competitive and relevant
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with admissions, careers, product, narrative, and creative teams to align brand and marketing efforts across the funnel
Content Strategy
- Develop and manage content marketing strategies supporting performance marketing and sales enablement
- Manage content calendars and align messaging across campaigns and initiatives
Events and Activations
- Plan and execute brand activations, virtual/in-person events, and launches that strengthen community engagement
Team Leadership
- Build and mentor a multidisciplinary marketing team — including brand managers, copywriters, designers, and freelance partners
- Set a high creative standard and foster a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous learning
Requirements
Minimum
- 7+ years of marketing experience, with a strong background in brand management and product marketing in fast-moving, high-growth industries (edtech, gaming, tech, entertainment, or consumer products)
- Proven success leading large-scale brand and product campaigns internationally
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams from strategy to execution
- Proficiency across digital marketing, paid media, social media, and PR — with the ability to track and optimise campaign metrics
- Excellent communication skills with experience managing diverse stakeholders, creatives, and external partners
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Basecamp, Trello, or equivalent) and agile workflows
- Strong understanding of content marketing, content calendars, and integrated marketing planning
- Analytical skills including experience with website and social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio) and reporting on key KPIs

Two Worlds, One Purpose
At Longdue, we're crafting surreal, psychologically rich RPGs that push the boundaries of narrative in games. At HyperionDev, we're helping thousands of people around the world launch careers in tech. You'll play a central role in growing both audiences, from curious players to future developers.
Creative & Professional Growth
You'll work on a deeply narrative game in development while helping scale one of the most socially impactful edtech brands in the world. The learning curve is steep — and that's the point.

Both teams value autonomy, purpose-driven work, and creative experimentation. You'll be surrounded by people who are curious, collaborative, and care about making a real impact.
About Us
Longdue is an independent narrative game studio incubated within HyperionDev. We create psychologically rich, story-first RPGs that challenge players to think, feel, and reflect. Our debut title
Hopetown is in early development, blending branching dialogue, surreal world-building, and psychogeographic storytelling in the spirit of games like
Disco Elysium.
HyperionDev is one of the largest and most impactful tech education companies in EMEA, delivering human-led coding bootcamps with partners like Imperial College London, LSE, and Stellenbosch University. Backed by nearly 2000 investors and supported by Meta, we've helped thousands of students break into tech — and we're just getting started.
Together, Longdue and HyperionDev share infrastructure, support, and a belief that storytelling and technology can create meaningful change.
