You will be responsible for developing and executing a highly efficient and integrated medico-marketing strategy, including scientific evidence generation and scientific information exchange with all key stakeholders.
Your role involves providing strategic input for brand plans, ensuring alignment with medical and commercial strategies. You will review and approve medical and scientific content, guide marketing and sales teams, and coordinate scientific activities such as webinars, CME programs, Advisory Board meetings, and Preceptorship programs.
You will prepare scientific agendas, support literature and presentations, and provide medical strategies for new launches and lifecycle management of existing products.
Develop and implement advocacy plans with experts, academics, and patient groups, leveraging relationships with KOLs. Ensure scientific integrity in communications and relationships with healthcare providers and patient advocacy groups.
Ensure compliance in medical affairs activities, evaluate new products, and support market research and opportunity validation. Collaborate with product teams for roadmap development, plan product releases, and engage with stakeholders to understand market challenges and opportunities.
Lead discussions with partners and service providers, support MVPs, pilots, and launches, and oversee data generation activities. Contribute to Patient Support Programs and digital activities, ensuring a patient-centric approach.
Qualifications include a medical degree, postgraduate qualifications preferred, minimum 5 years of industry experience, and active HPCSA registration. Skills required include leadership, scientific communication, stakeholder influence, and ethical standards.
