ESSENTIAL SKILLS / RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Compliance: Lead organisational strategy, policy development, and compliance frameworks, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory obligations including POPIA. Drive innovation in service delivery, systems, and stakeholder value.
• Data Governance & Operations: Oversee data management policies, procedures, and quality standards. Ensure data security, integrity, and efficient service delivery. Lead the data operations team.
• Business Development: Design and implement strategies to increase revenue, cultivate long-term partnerships, oversee marketing and communications, and collaborate on budgeting and financial sustainability. Identify growth opportunities and cost-saving measures.
