Job Description

To develop and deliver a commercially viable platform-driven trader ecosystem offering, a strategic ecosystem chosen by the Group, which encompasses the needs of ecosystem participants. To implement the trader ecosystem strategy, including solutions for orchestration of the ecosystem, providing direction in delivering the ecosystem in South Africa, and ensuring targets are met through enabling and trade-offs that support the trader environment.

Qualifications

Type of Qualification: First degree in Business, Commerce, or related disciplines. Regulatory qualifications like FAIS (Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services) are often required.

Business & Commercial Banking

  • 8-10 years experience with Business Clients in strategy development and implementation.
  • Significant experience, generally at least 8 to 10 years, in frontline banking, enterprise or commercial banking, relationship management, and business banking products and services.
  • Proven track record in sales, credit, compliance, and managing enterprise or SME banking portfolios is preferred.
  • Strong competencies in customer understanding, product knowledge, client servicing, and leadership, including directing teams.
