Experience:
Extensive experience in technology delivery leadership, with a proven track record in software engineering, DevOps, and release management - 10 to 15 years' experience required.
Strong experience in modernization of legacy environments, including cloud adoption, microservices, and re-platforming initiatives - 10 to 15 years' experience required.
Expertise in agile, DevOps, and automation principles to drive high-performance delivery - 10 to 15 years' experience required.
