Key Responsibilities

• Excellent leadership, motivational, and communication skills.
• Experience in recruiting and managing coaching staff and support teams.

• Strong understanding of sports psychology and athlete well-being.
• Relevant coaching qualifications (e.g., World Rugby Level 3 or higher) are essential.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are required.
