Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory cleaning or janitorial role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a cleaning team.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, techniques, and equipment with a strong emphasis on health and safety standards.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, performing both on-site supervision and remote administrative tasks.
