Our client based in Naledi Sasolburg is looking for a person with the following skills and experience:
Canteen Manager will oversee the daily operations of a deli department within a grocery store or standalone delicatessen, ensuring a smooth workflow and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing staff, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring the quality of food products meets established standards. Coordinating with suppliers and adhering to health and safety regulations, the Deli Manager ensures the deli offers a diverse and appealing selection of products. Additionally, this position requires balancing customer service with operational efficiency, aiming to provide a pleasant shopping experience while optimizing the deli’s financial performance. Through strategic planning and team leadership, the Deli Manager plays an integral role in the success and reputation of the deli, contributing to its goal of becoming a preferred choice for quality deli products and services.
