A well-established, vibrant restaurant in Umhlanga (Durban) dedicated to delivering a fine dining experience is seeking to appoint a highly skilled and creative Head Chef to take charge of kitchen operations and elevate the culinary experience to new heights.

Desired Experience and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or an equivalent professional culinary qualification
  • 8–10 years of progressive experience in the culinary field
  • Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role, with mandatory fine dining experience
  • Proven proficiency with GAAP Point of Sale systems
  • A valid driver’s license
