Manage the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth, professional, and efficient service at all times.
Create and maintain a classic yet creative beverage menu, including cocktails, spirits, and wine offerings.
Lead, train, and motivate the bar team to consistently deliver 5-star service.
Ensure the bar area is well-stocked, clean, and maintained to the highest standards.
Engage with guests to provide a welcoming, personalized experience.
Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock control and costing.
Work closely with the F&B and events team to support private functions, wine tastings, and estate events.
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years experience in a senior bar role, preferably in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or wine estate.
Strong knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and wine (WSET Level 1+ beneficial).
Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of hospitality.
Well-groomed, confident, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Experience with POS systems and stock management software.
