Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer - Systems Support to join our team. This vital role supports the organisation by enabling, maintaining, and continuously improving the functionality and adoption of HR systems across the entire employee lifecycle. You will provide operational and user support for key HR platforms including our Applicant Tracking System (Neptune), Onboarding Workflow Platform (Enboarder), Background Screening Systems (MIE), and emerging HR technologies.

Acting as the primary systems liaison to our recruitment team, you’ll also assist employees in navigating self-service HR tools. Your focus on process optimisation, customer service, and continuous improvement will be key to driving system adoption and operational excellence.
