Job description

The Ideal Candidate Would Be Responsible For

Managing and controlling the maintenance processes involved in the Hatchery
Managing staff in a disciplined and effective manner
Attending to breakdowns and maintaining 20 keys
Managing strict bio-security measures and adhering to Health and Safety requirements and laws
Maintenance and project work within the Hatchery
Ensuring the highest product quality/ hygiene standards is always maintained.

The Successful Candidate Must Meet The Following Requirements

A minimum N3 qualification
Possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Hatchery or 3 years’ experience in a similar role as an Artisan
Be in possession of a trade certificate as an Electrician or Millwright
PLC, AC Drives and Controller knowledge and experience
Must be computer literate
Fluent in English and an additional official language
Passionate, self-motivated and performance driven
Must be pro-active and able to work accurately and independently
Willing to work weekends, public holidays and standby duty
Must be a team player
