Hatchery Foreman - Goldi

The ideal candidate would be responsible for:

• Managing staff in a disciplined and effective way;
• Achieving targets and objectives of the Hatchery;
• Managing a strict Bio-security environment;
• Managing machinery and equipment;
• Adhering to H&S Act requirements;
• Implementing 20 Keys;
• Attending to after hours alarms.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

• A mantric certificate;
• At least 3 years working experience in Hatchery management;
• Computer literacy;
• Fluent in English;
• Must be able to work independently and be prepared to work overtime;
• Must be willing to reside at the accommodation provided by the company;
• Must be able to work weekends and public holidays when required.
