Job description

The Ideal Candidate Would Be Responsible For

Managing staff in a disciplined and effective way;
Achieving targets and objectives of the Hatchery;
Managing a strict Bio-security environment;
Managing machinery and equipment;
Adhering to H&S Act requirements;
Implementing 20 Keys;
Attending to after hours alarms;

The Successful Candidate Must Meet The Following Requirements

A mantric certificate;
At least 3 years working experience in Hatchery management;
Computer literacy;
Fluent in English;
Must be able to work independently and be prepared to work overtime;
Must be willing to reside at the accommodation provided by the company;
Must be able to work weekends and public holidays when required.
