Job summary

Perdeberg Cellar, situated in the Paarl wine region, invites an energetic Harvest Assistant on a fixed-term contract (Jan–Apr 2027). The successful candidate will be hands-on, reliable and able to work after-hours and weekends.

Matric required; Diploma/Degree in Viticulture and Oenology advantageous; drivers license and own transport preferred. Afrikaans and English communication skills required; prior harvest experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Matric required.
• Diploma/Degree in Viticulture and Oenology will be to the candidate’s advantage (students are encouraged to apply).
• Previous harvest experience will be advantageous.
