Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance and repairs, with the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with various systems and equipment
• Install and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on properties
• Respond to client requests for repairs and maintenance in a timely manner
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies and materials
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
