Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring software-engineering teams while remaining technically hands-on.
• Proven delivery of complex retail, payments, e-commerce, transaction or other high-volume operational platforms.
• Strong understanding of architecture, design patterns, scalability, reliability, security and observability.
