Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a practical agricultural setting or as an agricultural assistant.
• Good understanding of crop production, soil management, and common farming techniques.
• Familiarity with agricultural machinery and basic maintenance.
• Ability to collect and record data accurately.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of field trials for new crop varieties and agricultural inputs.
• Collect and analyze data on crop performance, soil conditions, and weather patterns.
