What you will be doing:

  • Manage end-to-end handover process (internal/external partners).
  • Develop project plans, timelines, scope, and team assignments.
  • Track progress via project software, mitigate risks, escalate issues.
  • Lead stakeholder meetings and communication.
  • Monitor team adherence to handover plans and timelines.
  • Provide relevant updates to the wider business.
  • Collaborate with sales/marketing on handover schedules aligned with building/client needs.
  • Ensure sales/marketing receive timely, necessary information for client-centric handovers.
  • Manage handover schedules for external entities (letting partners, concierge, security, property management, trustees).
  • Ensure timely information sharing for seamless operational launch.
  • Coordinate tenant onboarding with asset management until operational run state.
  • Continuously refine handover methodology and strategies.
  • Conduct post-handover reviews for improvement.
  • Select partners and oversee furniture implementation aligning with project plans, letting goals, and client preferences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on partner selection and strategies.
  • Manage furniture process through installation.



What our client is looking for:

  • A relevant tertiary degree would be beneficial (Property development space).
  • 5+ years' experience in project management, event management, property management or similar.
  • Highly organized and adept at planning with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools.
  • Proven track record of successful project management, leading meetings, and fostering collaboration to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communicator capable of effective teamwork and external engagement.
  • Proactive in risk identification and mitigation.
