Job Description

A newly opened restaurant is recruiting a Financial Administrative Assistant to work flexible hours (5 hours a day) and assist with daily cash ups, recons, invoicing, and financial administration. Some HR knowledge will be advantageous. This is a half-day position based in Woodmead.

Responsibilities:

  1. Generate daily profit and loss spreadsheet on Excel.
  2. Capture all costs, reconcile, and balance daily income.
  3. Load payments for suppliers and liaise with suppliers.
  4. Cross-reference income on the statement daily.
  5. Perform daily cash ups.

Requirements:

Must have proven experience in the duties required.
