Job Title: Half-Day Filing Clerk

Location: Benoni, Gauteng
Salary: R3,500 per month (Half-day role)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 13:00

Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Filing Clerk to join our team on a half-day basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for organising and maintaining both physical and digital filing systems, supporting the admin team, and ensuring records are accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and organise filing systems (physical and electronic)
  • Retrieve files and documents as requested by staff
  • Label and update file folders accurately
  • Perform data capturing and basic administrative tasks
  • Ensure documents are filed in a timely and secure manner
  • Support the office with ad hoc clerical duties
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications
  • Minimum Grade 12 (Matric)
  • At least 6–12 months of relevant administrative or filing experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
