Summary
  • Brand Managers or global/regional/local sub-function specialists within a specific marketing sub-function. Define product strategy in agreement with local management and global marketing department, and implement supporting tactical plans/projects.
About the Role
Major accountabilities:
  • Prepare content for Integrated Brand Teams and Launch Teams.
  • Responsible for execution, monitoring, and analysis of tactical plans to ensure brand growth.
  • Lead the development of promotional activities in line with internal SOPs and Code of Conduct guidelines.
  • Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts, and expenses; evaluate marketing mix for cost-effectiveness and results.
  • Identify market insights and opportunities through customer interactions.
  • Execute central and regional marketing activities.
  • Monitor product performance and external environment; take corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Medical teams to maximize activities.
  • Scout centers, KOLs, and OLs by disease within the assigned territory.
  • Identify specific needs for each patient segment and disease implications within the territory.
Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or brand management.
  • Launch experience.
