Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst with experience in GxP-compliant mapping and validation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing mapping / validation projects, collaborating with internal teams and clients, assisting with on-site technical activities, and producing detailed reports based on data analysis. The role requires excellent organisational, technical, and documentation skills to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management: Work as part of a team under the guidance of a project manager to oversee thermal mapping and validation projects for facilities, vehicles, and equipment.
2. Documentation Preparation: Create and maintain required GxP documentation for mapping / validation processes, including URS, protocols, data collection plans, and final reports.
3. Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth project execution and addressing client needs.
4. Technical Field Support: Assist with on-site activities such as the setup and configuration of IoT data loggers, environmental sensors, gateways and system verification.
5. Data Collection: Install, uninstall, and manage data logging devices for temperature or temperature and humidity mapping.
6. Validation Testing: Participate in on-site qualification testing and ensure proper execution of protocols (IQ / OQ / PQ).
7. Data Analysis: Download, review, and analyse collected data to assess compliance with mapping protocols and acceptance criteria.
8. Reporting: Compile and deliver detailed mapping or validation reports in line with regulatory and client requirements.
9. Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with other teams within EUCA Technologies to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Education: Degree or diploma in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Life Sciences, or Environmental Sciences).
2. Experience: 3+ years of experience in GxP-compliant thermal mapping, validation, or a similar field.
3. Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of data logging systems, including IoT devices and platforms.
4. Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PDF reporting tools for working with devices and technology-related systems that require configuration, setup, testing, and troubleshooting in both field and office environments.
5. Basic understanding of networking principles is a plus.
6. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with GMP, GDP, GWP, WHO, and SAHPRA requirements.
7. Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, particularly when working with large data sets.
8. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
9. Team Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally in a team-oriented environment.
