Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Software Engineer for an on-site role in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a BSc in Computer Science and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in GUI and backend service-oriented software development. Job description

We're looking for a Software Engineer with at least 3 years' experience in GUI development - on-site role only.
MUST (NON-NEGOTIABLE):
BSc Computer Science or comparable qualification.
At least 3 years' hands-on experience in GUI Development and Backend Service-Orientated Software.
Be proficient in Cloud-based technologies, and their deployment.
Have a strong foundation in UX design for GUI Development.
Proficiency in either Python, C++ or Java.
Experience with web technologies and data bases.
RSA Citizen.
No criminal record.
Already reside in the Cape Town region, or be willing to relocate to Cape Town on own cost.
Be willing for 100% on-site. Hybrid or remote will not be possible due to security reasons.

Exposure to AI Development and deployment will be beneficial.
