Guesthouse Manager
Job Description : Job Duties :
- Managing all aspects of the guest house operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and administration
- Ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Overseeing staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Managing reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
- Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining inventory, ordering supplies, and managing budgets
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
