This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Officer in Sandton. The Guest Relations Officer will be responsible for managing guest relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, and performing receptionist duties. Daily tasks include greeting guests, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing guest feedback.

Receptionist experience
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in a spa, hospitality, or similar environment is a plus
Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous
