Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a polished Guest Relations Manager for a hospitality client in Welkom. You will be the primary contact for guests, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay, handling inquiries, and coordinating with departments to fulfill requests.

The ideal candidate has strong English and Afrikaans, excellent communication, and proficiency with PMS software. A Hospitality Management degree or diploma is an advantage.
