The Capital is seeking a waiter to provide food and beverage service across the Restaurant, Room Service and Function areas in a friendly and efficient manner. The role focuses on front of house activities and stock management, delivering high levels of guest service.

Minimum requirements include Matric and prior restaurant experience, along with strong communication, teamwork and a proactive approach to work.
