Protea Hotels by Marriott® in Durban seeks a Guest Experience Expert to help create memorable stays for guests. You will handle check-in/out support, guest requests, reporting, and sharing local highlights to enhance the guest journey.

The position is full-time and non-management, located on-site at 14 Palm Boulevard, Umhlanga Rocks. You should be on your feet, maintain a professional appearance, and protect guest information in line with Marriott standards.
