Job summary

MyCareerCraft is seeking a Guest Relations Officer for a fixed-term hospitality role. You will welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, share information with departments, and assist with reservations and itineraries.

The role requires 3–4 years in guest relations or front office, a hospitality certificate or diploma, strong administrative and computer skills, and impeccable communication. You will support multiple teams, handle queries professionally, and ensure a seamless guest experience

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/out procedures.
• Share guest information with relevant departments for smooth communication.
• Assist with reservations, restaurant bookings, tours, transfers and itineraries.
• Maintain accurate guest details, profiles and billing information.
• Prepare welcome letters, registration cards and other guest documentation.
• Handle guest queries and concerns professionally.
• Support reservations, spa, housekeeping and F&B teams as needed.
• Manage daily guest itinerary sheets and call logs.
• Book and monitor transfers and ensure correct charges.
• Perform handovers across shifts and complete limited night audit duties.
• Report maintenance or service issues to management.
