Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Cape Grace in Cape Town, seeks a Reservations Agent responsible for selling rooms and services and preparing details to ensure a memorable guest stay. An ambassador for our hotel and brand, you will provide engaging, anticipative service over the telephone and email to make guests feel valued and reflect the exceptional hotel experience to come.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent required.
• Hospitality Management qualification is a strong recommendation.
• Proven interpersonal and customer service skills preferred.

Responsabilités

• Book accommodation for Cape Grace and respond to guest inquiries.
• Quote suitable rooms and rates based on guest needs.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
