Your Role

This role is a mix of strategist and executor. You’ll manage campaigns, craft touchpoints, and design automations that are highly efficient. Our goal is to grow revenue on autopilot by owning and scaling our cold outbound engine, targeting universities, bootcamps, and education providers interested in virtual internships.

Using tools like Clay and Instantly, you’ll develop workflows that generate leads and foster meaningful relationships at scale. Your systems will supply our Partnerships team with qualified opportunities, directly impacting how we connect interns with life-changing experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design, execute, and scale cold email campaigns to generate high-quality leads globally.
  • Operationalize scalable playbooks to convert B2B traffic from various channels into qualified leads.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of outreach campaigns around conferences and events.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance for better conversion and results.
  • Leverage AI tools to personalize campaigns and accelerate growth.

Who We're Looking For

  • 5+ years experience in outbound marketing, sales operations, or SDR roles.
  • Clay certification and/or 1+ years experience with Clay.
  • Growth mindset with continuous experimentation and testing.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform campaign strategies.

You stand out if you have:

  • Experience targeting university leadership (e.g., Provosts, Deans).
  • Experience as a GTM Operator/Engineer in-house or at an agency.
  • Familiarity with tools like Instantly, Apollo, or Hubspot.
