Job description

Location: Cape Town (Hybrid/3 days a week in office)
Salary: R45,000 - R55,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities
GTM Automation & Platform Management

  • Design, build, and maintain data-driven workflows using Clay.
  • Integrate enrichment, triggers, and real-time buyer intent signals into outbound systems.
  • Build automation playbooks that connect data sources, webhooks, CRMs, and email systems.

Email & Domain Infrastructure

  • Set up and manage burner domains and inboxes via Cloudflare and other DNS/mail providers.
  • Handle bulk mailbox configurations and warm-up strategies with Maildoso, Instantly, and Mission Inbox.
  • Oversee outbound delivery pipelines via DotDigital ensuring reputation, delivery, and automation rules are optimal.
  • Multi-Channel Outreach
  • Build and optimize mass LinkedIn campaigns using HeyReach and similar tools.
  • Implement sequencing, A/B testing, lead scoring, and smart segmentation across all channels.
  • Data Orchestration & Integrations
  • Work closely with marketing and data teams to push/pull data from CRMs (e.g., HubSpot), data warehouses, or spreadsheets.
  • Maintain integrations between platforms using APIs, Zapier, Webhooks, or custom scripts.

Support, Enablement & Optimization

  • Train sales/marketing staff on best practices for tools.
  • Troubleshoot platform and campaign issues.
  • Analyze and report on tool performance and workflow effectiveness.
  • Act as the feedback loop between campaign performance and technical improvements.

Key Skills & Experience
Required:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a technical marketing, RevOps, sales automation, or GTM engineer role.
  • Strong knowledge of GTM tools: Clay, DotDigital, Instantly, Mission Inbox, Cloudflare.
  • Experience managing and warming up email domains/inboxes.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, Zapier, or similar integration tools.
  • Solid grasp of email deliverability, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and sender reputation.
  • Comfortable with LinkedIn automation platforms like HeyReach.
  • Highly data-literate and familiar with CSV transformations, CRM fields, and enrichment data sources.

Bonus:

  • Experience with JavaScript, Python, or low-code tools.
  • Familiarity with Clearbit, [URL Removed] Cognism, or ZoomInfo.
  • Exposure to Cloudflare Workers, domain registration platforms, or SPF record management.
  • Understanding of GDPR/CCPA compliance in outbound campaigns.
