Job description

We are currently recruiting for a GRV Clerk to join our dynamic team, based in Paarl, Western Cape. The purpose of the GRV Clerk is to perform a processing function and maintain the day to day administration activities of a SUPERSPAR store.

Responsibilities
  • Print required order sheets.
  • Capture orders received by authorised persons.
Invoice / GRV Capturing and Processing
  • Matching received invoices to corresponding orders.
  • Capturing the detail of the invoices received.
  • Verify captured data of items captured.
  • Ensure documents are filed according to store policy and procedures.
  • Ensure that all invoices per the GRV receiving list are captured and presented in pack for review.
Maintain Pricing & Point of Sale
  • Price Checks
  • Update PLU’s
  • DC Updates
  • Attend to queries as they arise.
Claims Processing
  • Capture all claims received.
  • Ensure documents are filed according to store policy and procedures.
Promotions
  • Download Promotions
  • Promotion Order Prices
  • Promotional Report
Ordering
  • Download Order
  • Sending Orders
  • Direct Orders
Transfers
  • Record Inter-departmental / Inter-Category Transfers.
Stock Take Processing
  • Assist with stock takes by capturing the counts into the system via manual and internal processes.
Loading of New Stock Items
  • Upon receipt of new items, loading the items in the correct manner and per instructions.
Scanning in Required Documents by Departments
  • Ensure documents are filed according to store policy and procedures.
General Assistance – Phone Call Management
  • Answer incoming phone calls and divert to correct persons or take messages if unavailable.
Managing Store Documentation
  • Ensure documents are filed according to store policy and procedures.
Multi-skilling
  • Administration function.
