Job summary

Responsibilities

Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple inquiries.
Assess compliance with standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
Receive visitors and route complex matters to colleagues.
Ensure CRM data accuracy and document follow-up actions.
Interview customers to clarify requirements using a multi-level sales script.
Make calls to allocated customers to develop relationships and generate opportunities.
Follow mandatory procedures to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
