We're hiring a Growth Operations Associate to help us scale our clinic operations. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience looking to own systems, coordinate across teams, and help drive meaningful growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize billing systems, patient management, and internal workflows
• Manage integrations with platforms like GoHighLevel, Office Ally, and Monday.com
• Serve as liaison with external billing partners and ensure SLA compliance
• Maintain and improve SOPs for core processes
• Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires
• Partner with marketing to build and analyze performance of growth campaigns
• Identify and act on opportunities to streamline operations
