They are looking for a creative, data-driven Organic Growth Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, engagement, and organic traffic growth through social media and content marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organic Growth & Brand Awareness: Develop and implement strategies to boost organic traffic, engagement, and brand visibility.

  • Social Media Strategy & Management: Oversee and grow the company’s social media presence, with a primary focus on LinkedIn, and additional focus on Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit.

  • Content Creation & Thought Leadership:

    • Create and manage highly engaging content in German and English.

    • Collaborate with internal thought leaders to expand their reach and position the company as a top voice in SaaS and HR tech.

  • SEO & Performance Optimization: Utilize SEO techniques to maximize content visibility and drive inbound traffic.

  • Trend Analysis & Engagement Tactics: Stay ahead of industry trends, track engagement metrics, and refine strategies based on data insights.

  • Marketing Automation & CRM: Use marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline processes and measure campaign success.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on organic growth strategies.

  • Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and social media engagement.

  • Native-level German and business proficiency in English (strong writing and communication skills in both languages).

  • Ability to produce high-quality content independently, particularly in German.

  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn marketing, plus experience with Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit.

  • Creative thinker who can develop innovative marketing initiatives to drive growth.

  • Experience with B2B audience engagement strategies and data-driven decision-making.

  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
